Since May 2009 I have been an appointed emergency first aider. This Friday I have done the course again as it is mandatory to review our knowledge every three years.I feel so much more confident thank you too the people of Holos Healthcare & Training Limited. It is amazing how much experience and knowledge they´ve got.We revisited and practised so many topics:
. How to deal with unconscious casualties and the modified recovery position.
. Angina, Heart Attack and Resuscitation
. The Respiratory System and Asphyxia
. Bleeding, Shock, Wounds and Patient Assessment
. Fractures, Head & Spinal Injuries
. Burns
