Appointment Length Guidance

Appointment times include a brief chat at the beginning of the session to help us decide your treatment plan, ask any questions, and perform any relevant tests. The hands-on massage treatment will end 5 minutes before the end of the appointment or slightly earlier if aftercare is needed.

30-minute £35

30-minute follow-up for existing clients who have already been to the clinic before. Not suitable for new clients.

A follow-up from a previous treatment to focus on a particular small area already discussed in a previous treatment.

45-minute – £45

45-minute follow-up for existing clients who have already been to the clinic before. Not suitable for new clients.

Perfect for a short pick-me-up session or a follow-up from a previous treatment to work on a particular area of focus.

It’s just enough time for a treatment and you can pop in during your lunch hour!

60-minute – £55

60-minute is the most popular length of a massage session. For an initial session, I advise booking 60 or 90 minutes. There is time to talk through your needs and plan your session, have a relaxing treatment and discuss some aftercare.

Depending on how you feel and need we can decide on the day whether you’d like a holistic or deep tissue massage or even a combination of the two.

  • Swedish-style holistic relaxation massage to improve overall well-being
  • relaxation massage with deep tissue massage techniques to work on a more specific area of tension and/or pain

If you would like a remedial or sports massage, please note you will be moved about during a session. You will have to be physically interacting and engaging with your therapist, and willing to complete any homework given to you to aid recovery and to become ‘pain free’. Anyone who suffers from physical discomfort or limited mobility, regardless of age and ability, can benefit from remedial and sports therapy.

In a remedial or sports massage, further to our initial conversation, I will perform some postural assessments and passive/active mobility tests (if necessary) to better inform our session. If you would like an initial full postural assessment or have several areas of concern, please book a 90-minute session. For a postural assessment, please bring a pair of shorts or loose-fitting trousers and for females also an optional vest-top.

75-minute – £70

75-minute session is ideal for an initial session. Plenty of time to talk through your needs and plan your session, have a relaxing treatment, and discuss some aftercare.

If you are interested in a full postural assessment please book a longer 90-minute session. For a postural assessment, please bring a pair of shorts or loose-fitting trousers and for females also an optional vest-top.

90-minute – £85

90-minute session is ideal for an initial session.  Plenty of time to talk through your needs and plan your session, have a relaxing treatment, and discuss some aftercare.

If you are interested in a full postural assessment please book a 90-minute session. For a postural assessment, please bring a pair of shorts or loose-fitting trousers and for females also an optional vest-top.

120-minute – £115

120-minute session gives us a lot of time. We can talk through your needs and plan your session, have a relaxing treatment, and discuss some aftercare. Ideal if:

  • there are several areas of concern
  • need a full postural assessment
  • need passive/active mobility tests to inform the treatment
  • add on: foot massage, reiki, cupping, etc
  • discuss aftercare in more depth

What to bring to your appointment

  • if you can, please bring a drape to cover yourself during the treatment. I recommend a single flat sheet, an extra large towel, or a thin fleece blanket. It just needs to be large enough to cover you fully and soft enough for me to fold back to uncover the areas I will be working on. Your sheets, towels, and blankets may get a little marked from the massage oils used.  You may choose to designate specific items as your massage kit
  • for a Remedial & Sports Massage Postural Assessment please bring a pair of shorts or loose fitting trousers that roll up above the knee. And, a vest-top for female if you are not happy to undress to your underwear
  • bring any PPE you feel that you may need to use for any massage practice we do. Surgical type IIR masks are now optional for clients and practitioners during treatment.
  • for added comfort if you do not want couch roll you are welcome to bring a single fitted sheet to put underneath you

Less than 48 hour notice | 50% appointment fee

Less than 24 hour notice | Full appointment fee

72 hour notice | Onsite &  Events | Full Quote

Please give me 48 hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment to get a full refund. To ensure I receive a time sensitive message contact me on my number 07525 758 969. I am only able to check emails once a day.

I do understand that sometimes plans have to change. When you book an appointment  my time is reserved exclusively for you. As a small business, I really appreciate the minimum cancellation notice of 48 hours or 72 hours for Onsite & Event work . It gives me the opportunity to offer your space to another client, cancel rooms, etc and saves me from needing to charge you.

This being said, I really encourage and support you to be vigilant with your health . If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment  please let me know immediately and you will easily be able to reschedule.

I really appreciate your courtesy and understanding with this.

If you have any symptoms of or have recently been suffering from nausea, vomiting, or diarrhea, please call as soon as possible to re-book your massage for a later date.

Likewise, if you have any fever, chills, or fatigue potentially relating to cold or flu, it isn’t appropriate to have a massage for either of our interest.

Please take a common sense view on this and re-book your massage as soon as possible if you have any symptoms of illness. Try as much as you can to keep within the cancellation policy time-frames, this will need to be assessed on an individual basis. I keep the right to refuse to massage if you are sick.

Covid operating protocols have been relaxed. Surgical type IIR masks are now optional for clients and practitioners during treatment.

As always, each treatment situation should be risk assessed, if any of us feel that there is a need to use increased PPE or if we feel more comfortable doing so, then that should be respected.

Please bring any PPE you feel that you may need to use for any massage practice we do.

Your health insurance may cover your sessions. Some health insurance policies will be limited to a specific number of sessions and others will be limited by a ‘pot’ of money from which sessions can be taken.

There are many different types of private health insurance policies (be that paid for by an individual or paid for as a benefit by the person’s employer) that offer many different levels of cover. The key is to check your policy and if you can’t find something which specifies massage treatments, call them or drop them an email and ask.

I am aware that the following companies were covering Sports / Remedial / Deep Tissue Massage: Healthshield, Uk Healthcare, Westfield Health and Simply Health. Things do change and you should always check your policy to see that you are covered. The provider will tell you whether you will pay up front and claim the money back or whether they will pay for it.

I have an MTI-accredited Sports and Remedial Massage Diploma so I should meet insurer standars.

£5 off your next appointment

There’s nothing quite as powerful as a personal recommendation. Share my booking page with your friends and tell them about your experience.

As a small way of saying thanks for recommending me, I’ll give you £5 off your next appointment (not valid with any other discount, only applicable to full-price treatments).

There is no limit on how many times you can do this so feel free to recommend me as often as you like! (just make sure your friend mentions you when they complete the intake form).
