Remedial & Sports Massage
Anyone who suffers from physical discomfort or limited mobility, regardless of age and ability, can benefit from remedial and sports therapy.
Your treatment is as individual as you are and we will work towards a mutual goal. Treatment is ongoing and you will be required to carry out excercises at home alongside your work with me. An important part of the treatment is trying to understand what may be creating the issue and how you can make adaptations on your daily life to make an improvement on your health.
Postural assessment and passive/active mobility tests (when needed) are a part of the treatment to help us gain an understanding of what is happening in the body and identify which biomechanics need to be addressed. Please bring a pair of shorts and a vest/sports top with you for a possible postural assessment.
Vegan‑friendly massage products available on request.
